Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to be as straightforward, secure, and reliable as our shopping experience, with no hidden clauses or complications.
1. Our Returns & Exchanges Window
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your shipment. This gives you ample time to inspect your order of Blades & Bolts, Bearings, Batteries, or any other part.
2. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition: Not installed, operated, or altered.
- In its original packaging: Including all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase: Your order number or invoice.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Opened or Used Consumables: This includes Additives, specific Air Filters (if the packaging seal is broken), and other fluids or sealed components where integrity is compromised upon opening.
- Custom or Special Order Items: Such as specific Auger/Post-Hole Digger Drills or Axles & Shafts made to order.
- Safety-Critical Components: Items like opened Brake System parts or Blades that have been mounted or used cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Software or Digital Products: If applicable.
4. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA number.
- Package the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and seal the box securely. Attach the provided RMA label if one is supplied.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to our warehouse address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
5. Refunds & Credits
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we confirm the item meets our return conditions.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you opted for Free Shipping via EMS, a standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is approved. Shipping for the replacement will follow our standard rates, unless the exchange is due to our error.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order of STIHL parts, Bearings & Bushes, or any other item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra charge to you.
